سياسة الشحن والارجاع

الإرجاعات: نحن لا نقبل الإرجاع إذا تجاوزت ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ التسليم. يرجى ملاحظة أنه قد تحدث تأخيرات في التسليم بسبب شركات النقل، والتي تكون خارجة عن سيطرتنا. في بعض الأحيان، قد يتم فقد المنتجات أثناء عمليات الشحن. في حالة فقدان المنتج أثناء الشحن، سنقوم بإرسال منتج جديد لكم. لا يتم قبول الإرجاعات في حالة فقد المنتجات.

المدفوعات من أطراف ثالثة: نحن لا نقبل المدفوعات من أطراف ثالثة. يجب أن تتطابق بطاقة الدفع وفاتورة الطلب وأن تكون لنفس الشخص . قد يؤدي أي اختلاف الى مخالفة سياستنا إلى رفض الدفع أو رفض استرجاع المبلغ وقد نحجز المبلغ حتى نحصل على تفاصيل دقيقة حول عملية الدفع.

Shipping and Return Policy

Returns: We do not accept returns if exceed or equal 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that delays in delivery may occur due to shipping companies, which are beyond our control. Occasionally, products may be lost during shipping. In the event of a lost product during shipping, we will send a new product to you. Returns are not accepted in cases of lost products.

Third-Party Payments: We do not accept payments from third parties. The payment card and order invoice must match and belong to the same person. Any discrepancy may result in a violation of our policy, leading to payment refusal or refund denial, and we may hold the amount until we receive accurate payment details.
